Rev Collective Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (the Agreement) is effective November 1, 2019 by and between the Rev Collective, LLC, hereinafter referred to as Rev Collective, and all current and future members of Rev Collective, LLC hereinafter referred to as “Member”.
By selecting Submit during the application registration, and paying for your membership fee, you represent that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement hereinafter referred to as Agreement.
- Nature of the Service
Rev Collective is a membership organization that groups its members into curated collectives of 5-8 individuals. Members are taught a framework for monthly meetings based on accountability and peer-to-peer mentorship. Rev Collective provides its members benefits such as but not exclusive to: Access to a moderated larger online community of female and nonbinary professionals; Two small group coaching sessions per year; VIP special access to select events held quarterly; Discounted tickets to annual Rev Retreat.
- Proprietary Information
Rev Collective will share its proprietary process with Members. Member shall not copy, sell, or disperse in any way any part of the process and resources shared by Rev Collective.
The Content includes messages and other materials posted to forums, groups, or other locations in our online community by the members of Rev Collective. A member of the online community must keep personal information about other members private.
If the Member has a dispute with one or more other Members, the Member shall release Rev Collective (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Rev Collective shall not sell or rent Members personal information to third parties without Members explicit consent. However, Rev Collective shall be permitted to access and modify Members information as needed.
Member shall indemnify and hold Rev Collective (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Members breach of this Agreement, or Members violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
- No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.
- Terminating Membership and Rematching
If a Member shall choose to end their membership before the end of the year and after getting curated into a collective, the Member will owe the full membership fee. If the Member ending their membership is on an installment plan, the full membership fee is still owed. A Member shall not be moved to another collective unless there is a reasonable concern for safety and well-being.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be construed under and governed in accordance with the laws of the Wisconsin.
Any dispute arising under this contract shall be resolved under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Limitation of Liability
Member shall not hold Rev Collective responsible for other Members content, actions or inactions.
